(note: an aggie is a man or woman who went to the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College. It's an American joke that these guys are really stupid)
The guy was interviewing people for the job. He was really desperate to hire somebody so when the Aggie walked into his office he drew three trees on a piece of paper and he asked the Aggie to count the number of trees on the piece of paper. The Aggie replied 9. The guy decides to draw some dirt around the trees to make sure that the Aggie know that they are trees. Then he asks the Aggie, "How many trees on this sheet of paper?" The Aggie answers 99. Then the guy draws a turd next to each of the trees and he asks the Aggie to count the number of trees. The Aggie replies 100. The guy asks the Aggie "How do you get 100 out of that?" The Aggie replies "Dirty-tree and a turd, plus dirty-tree and a turd, plus dirty-tree and a turd.
