| A Thai, a Filipino and an Indonesian businessmen are planning to have a reunion since they used to go to the same university. They decide to visit each person's house just to see how well each classmate is doing. First turn is the Thai businessman's. Both the Filipino and the Indonesian are astonished, because the Thai has got quite a big house in the most prestigious area in Bangkok. So they ask the Thai : "Amazing, my friend. But tell me, how can you come up with all these?". The Thai businessman smiles and says "Do you see that new bridge over there ? Well, the secret is, 30% of that becomes my living place". Second turn is the Filipino's. Both his friends are astonished by his house which looks like a chateau with a small river lying across his giant ranch. So they ask the Filipino "How do you come up with all these?" The Filipino smiles and says "Did you see that new skycrapper on the way here ? Well, the secret is, 50% of that becomes all these." Last turn is the Indonesian's. He brings his friend out for a picnic in the forest. His friends are curious and ask the guy "Are you going to show us your house?" The Indonesian says proudly "Well we ARE in my house, actually I own the whole forest and the mountain we are sitting at". Both friends are speechless and fell into silence. Knowing what their friends would ask, the Indonesian says, "My friends, do you see that giant powerplant across the river ?" His friends are puzzled and reply "Where ? We don't see any powerplant" The Indonesian says with a big smile "EXACTLY". |
